Many non-profit organizations (NPO) rely on volunteers to help them function properly. Volunteers serve their NPOs faithfully but may have financial needs that their NPOs cannot satisfy. This is where our community service and business Christian network (CSBCN) helps NPOs to start their very own community resource center (CRC) and pay their volunteers as their community resource officers and representatives (CROAR) through our CSBCN.
There are 2 types of CROAR positions in a CRC:
- Officers – NPOs paid staff personnel including director managing their CRC representatives
- Representatives – volunteer workers/helpers and others to invite businesses, professionals, other NPOs and entrepreneurs to join their CRC team and participate in our CSBCN
As CRCs\’ officers and representatives, CROARs are allowed to participate in our paid partnership program (PPP) whereas NPOs and CRCs cannot due to their non-profit status. By participating in our PPP, CROARs have the same benefits and can be promoted to their counterpart CSA or community service agent. The major benefit for a CRC having CROARs is to be able to pay your staff and volunteers through our CSBCN and not through your funds raised. This allows small CRCs to grow and expand rapidly by offering pay incentives to their volunteers through our CSBCN which is part of our total package financial solution compensation plan and retirement fund. CROARs may be also be promoted to our CSA position. There is a $50.00 monthly fee to participate in our PPP which CRCs have the option to pay for their CROARs to encourage their participation during the initial setup phase. Once the initial setup phase is complete this option can be review by the CRC to transfer to their new CSAs.
