RAMs earn an additional $2.50 per new individual recruiter or CSA; $10.00 per new CRC but can earn an additional $333.00 per new CRC/CSA as a CSA. This dual role of CSA/RAM allows the best of both worlds to be combined plus their income opportunities into one sum amount of $297.50 (+) $333.00 = $630.50 per new RAM/CSA.
