Recruit Leader (RL)

This is an independent contractual position that involves contacting and contracting businesses, professionals and organizations into our CSBCN\’s community resource centers (CRC) and community service agencies (CSA).  RLs receive up to $297.50 per CRC/CSA starter\’s kit and may increase their earnings as a CSA as well.   

Community Service Agency (CSA)

• This is an independent contractual management position within our CSBCN that involves overseeing all operations of  our community programs, services and events in their local area. 
• Starting with appointments and meetings, CSAs are trained to contact individuals, businesses, professionals and organizations to begin their agency asap! 
• No money,  experience, buying or selling of products involved with free memberships available to all that join your CSA through our CSBCN. 
• CSAs raise funds for non-profit organizations by helping them start their own community resource center (CRC).
• CSAs are paid $1,000+/mo. through their directors and coordinators + 40% income on 5 levels of networking residual commission with a $50/mo. fee.
• CSAs train new CSAs w/n our CSBCN to manage, coordinate and network their community programs, services and events together. 
• CSAs hire directors/coordinators of their community programs, services and events as shown below:

Community Resource Center (CRC)

CRCs are non-profit organizations that sponsor their own community programs, services and events in our CSBCN.  CRCs receive the following fees for their fundraising activities:

• • • • 50% of sponsorship fees 
      • +100% of vendor fees

CRCs can and should offer their staff, members and volunteers an opportunity to serve as their community resource officers and representatives (CROAR) who invite others to join their CRC team as new CSAs, businesses, professionals, members, referrals and more!  

Bible Bowl Director (BBD)

• CSAs hire 1 BBDs @ $500 per BB event who hires 2 audio/video technicians @ $120 each + 7 BB coordinators @ $200 each they hire 1 game show host @ $100 each.  This is your BBD\’s dream team. 
• The Bible Bowl Gospel Showcase is a free fun-filled Christian educational and entertainment event involving 21 contestants ages 6 to adult with an host of a Christian game format onstage. 
• Contestants can raise up to $1,000 in scholarship funds by selling tickets on/offline for door prizes.  Contestants receive gifts cards from our sponsors.
• Gospel artist perform at the event with sponsorship available to business and professional partners. 

Rejoice @ Your Park

• CSAs hire a park coordinator @ $250 per local park event to include bounce houses, sports, sponsors, gospel performers, food, faith and fun outdoors.  Other position may apply for pay starting at $25+
• Rejoice parks event is in conjunction with our CRC non-profit organizational members participation as we invite the community to attend this open and family event get together.

Rejoice on the Radio \”Hour of Power\”

CSAs hires a DJ @ $50 per program to host \”one hour of power\” rejoice on the radio with invited celebrity guests, commercial spots and gospel artists. 

Rejoice on TV

Through our \”Voices of Visions to Victory\” broadcast CSA hires a male and female host @ $250 each for an 1/2 hour show featuring gospel performers, a gospel legend, celebrity and authors/others with commercial breaks. 

Christian Singles/Couples

CSA hires 1 or 2 Christian counselors @ $50 each per sponsored Christian singles/couples event. Christians who join their program or service for a fee or free includes travel, tours, trainings and more.

Doctors\’ Choice Health and Wellness Plan

CSA hires a certified health care provider @ $50 per seminar to implement a 12 month health monitoring  program that includes such topics as weight management, hair loss, aging, smoking habits, drug abuse, depression, alcoholism, diabetes, stress related illnesses, injuries, supplements. cancer and much more. 

Financial Wealth Management

CSA hires a professional wealth expert @ $50 per seminar training or coaching sessions dealing with such topics as bankruptcy, wills, trusts, insurance, debts, loans, IRAs, annuities, stocks, bonds and much more!

Sports Athletes All Stars (SAAS)

CSA hires an Olympics coach @ $250/mo. to plan with an Olympics committee, sports competition for Christian athletes yearly at supporting venues for golf, tennis, track and field, cricket, soccer, flag football, swimming, basketball, volleyball, base/softball, table tennis, bowling, boxing and more!

      Paid Life Skills Coach Mentorship Program

• Through our paid partnership program (PPP),  businesses and professionals receive a monthly commission to  serve as our paid life skill coach once a month. 
• Paid life skill coaches help prepare our next generation of leaders by speaking on the skill levels, education, experience needed to perform their tasks including writing a business plan, interview skills,  grooming, dressing for success, dealing with bad working conditions, team building and more!

Paid Life Skill Apprenticeship Program

This program pays like the paid life skills mentorship program with the only difference being our next generation of leaders receive hands on the job training as an apprentice.

\”Free Pass\” Paid Partnership Program

This program pays like our paid life skills mentorship and apprenticeship programs with the difference being that only paid partners are invited to receive services provided by professionals at no cost.  This program is available through our professional service providers only.  CSAs monitor and manage this program monthly.
