What does networking means to you? For some it means groups of people coming together to form alliances. For others it means computers integrating with other devices such as printers, phones (etc.). Still yet for some it means marketing products using a multilevel payment system. Well, networking by definition is all of the above involving a flow of information, ideas or data integrating from defined places or points of origination.
How does our CSBCN work for you? I belong to several networks that I associate with casually and most folks I know have a Facebook account which is by definition a network. Whether or not you believe in networking, you\’re probably already part of one so let\’s start with network or affiliated marketing concepts which is networking in the form of an income opportunity.
Some folks say it\’s devilish! Not of God! Illegal pyramid scheme! So what do I say to this? Here\’s my take on it, it\’s a legal form of networking that markets products to consumers using a multi-tiered payment system involving several income levels or streams and bonuses. This form of networking usually involves distributors investing their money in hopes of a financial return from the recruitment and sale of products of others. What could possibly go wrong? Well, you could lose all of your startup money you\’ve invested plus waste your time in going nowhere.
Our CSBCN does use a form of this type of networking to pay others so before you demonize me, let me explain. First, joining our CSBCN is free then afterwards, you only pay for what you want as membership is free but partners pay $50.00 per month for community programs, services and/or events.
Secondly, our CSBCN is service NOT product based in our marketing and promotion of our community programs, services and events so our goal of saving souls trumps any \”money making\” pyramid scheming motives we don\’t have. We use our networking platform to pay back our sponsors and others to say thank-you for supporting our CSBCN.
Some networks are (B2B) or business to business including professional networks which are OK and we do encourage but it\’s not the primary focus of our CSBCN which allows individual entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations (NPO) to start their own community service agency (CSA) and community resource center (CRC) respectively. Our CSAs + CRCs + business and professional sponsors form our CSBCN team which is why we say it takes teamwork to network communities by moving ministry into the marketplace.
It takes a team approach to Rejoice within our CSBCN which is different from most networks that require an individual investor\’s money. A team include family, friends, maybe social contacts or members in your associations who join as entrepreneurs, businesses, professionals and non-profit organizations not distributors.
Invite your contacts via Facebook/LinkedIn, phone/text, word of mouth or whomever to join your team and rejoice for free at no cost to them. Scripture says that where 2 or 3 are gathered in my name I am in the midst (St.Matt. 18:19,20). We do not despise small beginnings (Zech. 4:10). Once you\’ve established your core team, contact us or whomever referred you to us to get started.
Enroll your team into our CSBCN online at www.rcmae.net. Once there go to apply now button and complete our application. Make sure they include your name as referred by YOU! Once we receive their application, we will contact them to create their own username and password then they can complete their own profile page. You can also start your own group page to include your team online.
Now that you have or are on a team, choose what team projects to do from our list or yours of community programs, services and events available through your business and professional sponsors which includes paid positions for members of your team.
One or more teams may combine to do a community project if sponsorship isn\’t adequate as sponsorship is required to fund all team projects. The amount of sponsorship required depends on the type of team project selected as some require more funds and others require less funds so check your team\’s budgetary sponsorship requirements when making a selection.
Each team project requires one or more positions to be filled by one or more of your team members who\’ll be paid from the funds raised for the project. By creating these positions for your team our CSBCN allows you to earn additional income plus other income you\’ll earn through our paid partnership program or (PPP) which pays an additional 40% of funds raised to our paid partners or CSAs, community resource officers and representatives (CROARs) and our sponsors who participate monthly in our mentorship, apprenticeship and \”free pass\” paid professional partnership programs.
Finally, our purchase rebate \”cash back\” gift card program allows all members to earn additional residual income by simply shopping online and purchasing our Rejoice gift cards to buy products and services from participating businesses then donating their purchase rebate to their membership referral \”cash back\” account monthly. Our CSBCN rewards members who support our business sponsors using our gift card rewards program with \”cash back\” rebates of 3-7% on purchase of $10.00 or more. All rebates are applied to each referring member\’s account for processing their total \”cash back\” reward of 10\’s, 100\’s even 1000\’s of dollars per month. Other promotional gift cards are available for sponsoring our PPP, host meetings and supporting CRCs\’ projects.
